Reports can be exported per page or per project.
CSV
One row per claim, with the page URL, the claim as found, the status, the current value where one exists, and the source. Use it to build the fix list in your editorial calendar, to filter by status or page, or to hand editors exactly the claims they need to change.
A formatted report per page or per project: pages ranked by number of issues, each flagged claim with its correction and source. Use it for clients, section editors or anyone who asked for the audit and will not open the tool.
What to export when
- After a first audit: the project as CSV for the editors and as PDF for whoever commissioned it
- After a scheduled scan with alerts: usually nothing; the alert email carries the change, and the report stays in the project
- For a client update: the project PDF, monthly, alongside a short note on what was fixed
API
